Ensuring top quality installation is up to you, the applicator, and we hope this course has helped you to learn to do just that. Because Hulk Systems answers to underwriters and insurance bodies when it comes to its warranty’s, we need to ensure that anyone who has been issued a warranty has at the very least completed this training successfully (80% grade or higher).
Remember, improper installation, or untrained installers is the #2 leading cause of waterproof system failures! Knowing that, these regulatory bodies expect us to provide you multiple variations of both training and support. The other key reason, is of course, to protect the brand. We can only do that by protecting the customers and projects we work on! We never want anyone to have a bad experience with their Hulk System, whether it’s you the installer, the builders, or the project owners, so training is an important part of that initial assurance and comfort we can provide, warranties being the lasting protection that extends well past the install date.
We want our installers to get excited about our warranties. We want to offer programs that haven’t been seen or implemented by other companies, and we feel we have accomplished just that.
